Sarah Villar is a dedicated real estate professional who brings a fresh perspective and an energetic approach to helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. A Gulf Breeze resident, Sarah grew up in nearby Pace, Florida, and is proud to call the Emerald Coast her forever home.
Before beginning her real estate career, Sarah served four years in the U.S. Army, with training at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri and Goodfellow Air Force Base in Texas, and duty stations in Korea and El Paso, Texas. Her time in the military instilled in her the values of discipline, adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving—qualities she carries into every client relationship. After completing her service, Sarah returned to the panhandle, earned her Associate’s degree at Pensacola State College and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida, and built a career in customer service while bartending at the iconic Sandshaker Lounge. These experiences sharpened her communication skills, her ability to connect with people from all walks of life, and her commitment to creating positive experiences even in fast-paced, demanding environments.
Clients choose Sarah for her motivation, loyalty, and genuine passion for helping people. Whether buying or selling, she is committed to listening closely, communicating clearly, and navigating challenges with confidence. Sarah’s friendly nature, strong work ethic, and customer-first mindset make her a trusted advocate in every transaction.
Outside of real estate, Sarah has been a member of the Pensacola Beach Elks Lodge for over 13 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their sweet dog, Sugar, as well as boating, walking, and enjoying the coastal lifestyle with family and friends.
